Baron the Narrow Gauge Engine.

Baron is one of my fan-made railway series characters.

Baron's bio:

Baron is a narrow gauge tender engine from America. He arrived to work on the Skarloey Railway. Oddly enough, only his rear end was modified with buffers and a hook coupling, but not his front end. Rusty was quick to try and become friends with Baron, but Baron was rude to Rusty. "You are Rusty," he said, "a soon-to-be 'Rusty' pile of scrap iron... You stupid diesels are always taking jobs away from hard-working engines like me... You diesels are the ones who need to be scrapped, not us." Rusty was offended by this comment. Soon Frank on the Arlesdale Railway met Baron and Baron was rude to him too. "You call yourself an engine," Baron said to Frank, "You're nothing but a little dumpster on wheels!" Soon it was found out that Baron had a horrible experience with a diesel once. A diesel nearly made him fall off a cliff once, and on purpose too. Apparently the diesel pretended to be Baron's friend and then tried to kill him, but failed when Baron fell off the tracks AWAY from the edge of the cliff. Since then, Baron hasn't trusted a diesel since. But soon his behavior got worse when the other engines stood up for Rusty. Baron just glared at the other steam engines. "I thought I'd never live to see the day," he said, "when a bunch of steam engines stood up for a lousy diesel. You're a bunch of good-for-nothing piles of junk for being friends with a diesel!" Despite this the Manager said the railway needed Baron due to the fact that there was more and more work for the little engines. One day Baron had to work with Rusty. The two engines never talked to each other unless the burst out into an arguement due to Baron throwing insults at Rusty. At the end of the day, Baron and Rusty were headed home when Baron come off the rails while crossing a bridge. Baron was about to fall when Rusty was coupled up to Baron and soon fought hard to keep him on the bridge until help could arrive. When Skarloey arrived with the breakdown gang, they worked together to put Baron back on the rails. Since then, Baron has began trusting diesels a little more, but is still sometimes rude to them.
