Thomas and Percy are wishing you a Happy New Year, Spencer and James are getting into a fight, the new tank engine is talking to Chad, Pete's just sitting there and being happy, Dev is not amused by being around steamies, Toby is getting drunk, and Emily is worried about Toby. Sometimes the New Year can get insane for the engines.... Expecially when Toby gets drunk.
